Haha. Turning 18 on September 29. I don't know if it's similar with others, but a girl's 18th birthday is kind of a big deal here. Kind of like the Quinceanera of the Spanish and the Sweet Sixteen of the Americans. :) It's the mark of being a woman (Adulthood scares the hell outta me).
